The paperwork is filed, and our apartment is officially for sale. This time we're forgoing the FSBO route and using a real live broker, albeit someone who has worked with our building before and who, we think, will get the job done right.
This week will be spent removing all the clutter that has accumulated since TH joined our household. It would normally take a single afternoon, were TH not so sweetly demanding of our attentions.
