We were asking the same question! It seems that our beloved management company will not let us close on the sale until after the New Year. The nerve! (Remember, our buyer was interviewed by the board before Thanksgiving. Usually you close within 2 weeks of the interview.)
Right now the scheduled closing date is January 3rd. It can't come soon enough.
